Marzulla Law Wins Fourth Amendment Seizure Case Against the District
On December 12, 2007, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled in favor of Plaintiffs in Laura Elkins and John Robbins v. District of Columbia, et al. holding that Plaintiffs' home had been illegally raided in a search for evidence.
