Marketplace.org Reports on Water Dispute

Marketplace.org recently reported on the continuing battle between Texas farmers and the Mexican government over the waters of the Rio Grande.  The report can be found here.  Attorney Nancie Marzulla is quoted discussing the intervention of the United States State Department during the proceedings held at the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
